Does Hinduism Teach a Personal God? The Kena Upanishad

Some people claim that Hindu scriptures teach an impersonal God (Brahman or Ultimate Reality) as opposed to a personal Being who has a Will to interact and have a relationship with mankind. Is this true based on the Hindu sacred texts (Kena Upanishad here), or has this been an interpolation over the centuries?
